He was predeceased by: his parents, Heere Zwaneveld and Doedelien Zwaneveld; his brother Roelf Zwaneveld (Jantje); and his parent-in-law Henk Bos (Gien). He is survived by: his wife Willy Zwaneveld (Bos); his daughter Erica Zwaneveld of Miramichi, NB; his grandchildren, Mason, Oaklyn and Irelyn; his siblings, Geert Zwaneveld (Boukje) and Els (Be) of Vries; and his brother-in-law Oomke Bos (Jannie).

In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to the Southern Victoria Cancer Assistance Fund and/or the South Tilley Cemetery.
