It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Ruth Toon in Taymouth, New Brunswick, born in Maple Grove, New Brunswick, who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Maude Merrill (Porter); and her brothers, Dell and Bert Merrill. She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Rolland; her grandchildren, Christopher Leachman and Jennifer Leachman (Doricott); her siblings, Joan Jones, Velma Hay, Floyd (Joyce) and Neill Merrill; and her sisters-in-law, Frances and Helen Merrill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many great friends.
In Mom's honour donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Hospice House, Gibson Memorial United Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
