He was predeceased by: his parents, James Earl Stymiest and Nellie Eva Stymiest (Robertson); and his siblings, Ephriam, Earl, Lorne, Bobby, Marguerite, Eva and Beryl.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Stymiest (McLean); his children, Donald (Beth) of Bathurst, NB, David (Therese) of Shediac, NB, Beth of Moncton, NB and Sybil (Greg Smith) of Ottawa, ON.; his grandchildren, Andrew, John, Catherine, Alison, Madeleine and Harriet; and his great grandchild Ethan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Ben may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of New Brunswick.
