It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Sherwood (Sussex, New Brunswick), born in Hammondvale, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 4, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Mallory and Muriel Mallory (Anderson); her husband Douglas Sherwood; her siblings, Hartley (Helen), Kenneth (Bernice), George, Cyril, David (Sarah), Bernard Mallory and Helen (Roy); her son-in-law Jim Arnold; and her grandson Blake Sherwood.
She is survived by: her brother Harley; her children, Wayne Sherwood (Margaret) of Apohaqui, Carol Arnold of Newline, Marilyn Sherwood, Gregory Purtill of Grande Prairie and Cheryl Curbishley (Geoff) of Wards Creek; her niece Brenda Lee Briggs (Mike) of Cambridge Narrows; her grandchildren, Aaron Arnold, Colby Arnold (Kate), Chelsey Sherwood-Dunham (Randy), Brandon Sherwood, Darcy Sherwood, Mitchell Purtill, Danielle Moffett and Shelby Purtill; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Kristina and Brett; and her sisters-in-law, Jackie Mallory of Newline, Kaye Mallory of Saint John, Mona Mallory and Bernadine "Bunny" Sherwood of Sussex.
