It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Earl Carter (Sussex, New Brunswick), who passed away on July 13, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carter and Violet Carter (Paynter); and his siblings, Roy Carter, Richard Carter, Gordon Carter, Eileen Hill and Mildred Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Carter (Cook); his son Andrew (Sylvie) of Moncton; his grandchildren, Matthew Carter (LaRoux Musseau) of Dartmouth and Amy Carter of Moncton; and his siblings, Jean Watson (Jack) of Halifax, Thelma Johnson of Riverview and Fred (Theresa) of Riverview. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 all arrangements will be held privately.
