It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna Evelyn Pearson (Sussex, New Brunswick), born in Arvida, Québec, who passed away on December 14, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Cole and Dorothy Cole (Taylor); and her siblings, Donald, Robert, Rod, Frank, Philip, Bliss Cole, Alma Cole, Isabel Masters and Beatrice Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth L. Pearson; her children, Heather O'Neil (Jack) of Victoria, BC, Rick Pearson (Cathy) of Edmonton, AB, Brenda Pearson (Jules Jones) of Quebec, QC, David Pearson (Deb Sayese) of Penticton, BC and Deb Maltby (Stephen) of Calgary, AB; and her sisters, Gladys Parisi of Oregon, Shirley Hicks of Moncton, Betty Mason of Sussex and Marjorie Arsenault of Sussex. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
