With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Roberta Simpson (Sussex, New Brunswick), born in Barnesville, New Brunswick, who passed away on August 10, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Richard (Dick); her siblings, Mildred Griece, Gladys Duplessis, Margaret Scott, Jean Kilpatrick and Walter Thompson; and her parents, Brunswick Thompson and Georgina Thompson (Rogers).
She is survived by: her sons, Andrew (Debra) of Wards Creek and Douglas (Kimberly) of Sussex Corner; her granddaughters, Amanda (Nathan), Mary Anne (Eric), Olivia and Jessica; and her sisters, Winnifred Cooper of Gondola Point and Betty Brown of Minnesota. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
