He was predeceased by: his parents, Sir Dillwyn and Loretta Inkpen (Lewis); his siblings, Rodney Inkpen and Jann Graham; and his mother-in-law Marilyn Foster.
He is survived by: his brother Steve; his significant other Trish Inkpen; his children, Tyler Tanner of Nova Scotia, Ryan Foster (Jena), Chandler Foster (Brittany) and Renee "Dolly" Foster (Jayden); his siblings, Stepen Inkpen (Ronalda) of Sussex Corner, Wendy Inkpen of Sussex and Heather Shaddick (Randy) of Miramichi; his brothers-in-law, Randy Graham of Sussex, Adam Wheaton (Pam Asbridge) of Sussex and Douglas Wheaton of Norton; and his father-in-law Roy Wheaton of Sussex.
