He is survived by: his mother Annie Shurtliffe (Reid) of Sussex; his brother Jeff Campbell of Sussex; and his stepsiblings, Ron Welch (Debbie), Kim Brown (Dale), Bob Welch (Pam), Howard Shurtliffe (Laura), Theresa Shurtliffe and Mike Shurtliffe.
