He was predeceased by: his stepsiblings, Murray Pickett, Gwendlyn and Vera; and his brother-in-law Joe Keays. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Tony (Kim), Deannie (Dean), Fiona, Alaina (Rick) and Rob (Holly); his grandchildren, Rhodann (Keith), Sarah (Rae), Jonah, Daynah (Kyle), Jaydah (Chandler), Lauren and Joe; his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Peter, Noah and Waylon; his mother-in-law June Tabor; and his siblings-in-law, Stella Keays, Christina Graves (Dennis), Linda Tabor and Walter.

Donations in memory of Norm may be made to the Sussex and Area Community Foundation, Lions Foundation of Canada, Legion Poppy Fund or to the memorial of the donor's choice.
