He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Urquhart and Irene Urquhart (Webster); and his siblings, Howard, Hazen, Ira, Willard, Evelyn and Cora.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Pam, Gwenith (Dale Cook), Scott (Heather), David (Carol) and Richard (Lisa); his grandchildren, Camaron, Aaron, Jordan, Nathan, Sarah and Evan; and his brother Clarence.
