He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hay and Marion Hay (Proctor); his grandson Thomas Hay; and his nephew Stephen Brighton. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hay (Quigiey); his children, Linda Dunfield (Mike) of Sussex, NB, Rhonda Patterson of Sussex, NB, Mark Hay (Vickey) of Kingston, NB and Gordie Hay of Sussex, NB; his grandchildren, Erica Johnson (Aaron), Kyle Patterson, Michael Graham (Kayla), MacKenzie Gray, Meredith Hay (Denver), Isaac Hay, Emma Hay, Maria Hay and Renee Goddard (Adam); his great grandchildren, Jacob McEwen, Blake Johnson, Mylah Johnson, Layla Wilson and Kayce Bevens; his sister Marilyn Brighton; his close friends, Ronnie Brown and Rollie MacArthur; his aunt Valerie; and his cousin Jimmy Hay. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
