She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Kerr and Lulu Kerr (Harlow); her husband Murray Oliver; and her son Ralph Brooks. She is survived by: her children, Ken (Edwina) of Calgary, Jane Brooks of Sussex, Greg of Sussex and Ron (Danielle); and her grandchildren, Tim (Carlyn), Tracy (Jordan) and Madeline. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
