He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Wooden and Marion Wooden (Gallagher); and his siblings, Harry, Ronnie, Raymond and Roslyn Spencer.

He is survived by: his children, Harold Wooden of London, ON and Lynette Wooden of London, ON; and his brothers, Albert Wooden (Lois) of Norton, NB and Donnie Wooden (Nettie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
