He was predeceased by: his parents, George Morrell and Julia Morrell (Brown) of Sussex; his daughter Theresa Plotkin (Morrell); and his siblings, Blanche Anderson, Georgie McKenzie, Walter and Ronald Morrell.
He is survived by: his wife Marion Rider; and his children, Chris Morrell (Jennie) of Lebanon, CT and Alice Morrell of South Windsor, CT. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
