He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Vail and Phoebe Vail (Perry); and his siblings, Ernie, Frank and Elizabeth.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Irma Vail-Chatson (Larry Chatson) of Sussex Corner, NB; his niece Datha Leavitt (Jeff) of Newtown, NB; his great-nephews, Daniel Leavitt (Jessica) and Bradley Leavitt (Shaylyn); and his nephews, Gracelynn, Malachi and Landon. He is also survived by his great nephews and great great niece and nephews.
