It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie Sprague Gray of Sussex, New Brunswick, born in Havelock, New Brunswick, who passed away on July 15, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Aldon Thorne and Clara Thorne (McEwen); her former husband Edgar Sprague; her husband Gerald Gray; her brother Pearson Thorne; her stepgrandchild Jordan; and her great great grandchild Maverick.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Sprague (Georgette) of Glenvale, Linda Thornton (late Jim) of Fredericton and Angela Caissie (late Donald) of Galloway; her stepdaughter Christine Crandall (Ken) of Riverview; her brothers, Donald (late Aileen) of Sussex and Eldon Thorne (Marilyn) of Sussex Corner; her grandchildren, Todd, Cory, Ryan, Stacy, Shelly, Kelly, Patrick, Kevin and Jason; and her stepgrandson Jonathan. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, 5 step great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
