She was predeceased by: her parent Heber Bell; her husband Bob; her sons, Russell and Ross; her sister Gladys Pearson (Doug); and also Robert Ness.
She is survived by: her parent Gertrude Bell (Humphrey); her children, Beth Nelson (Darrell) of Pictou, Heather Kenny (Brad) of Vancouver Island, Lorraine English (Barry) of Hammond River and Richard Ness (Alice) of Roachville; and her siblings, Ray Ness, Mary Joynes (Howard) and Madeline Ness. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
