She is survived by: her children, Alan Horncastle (Jo-Ann) of Saint John, Bobby Horncastle (Cathy) of Sussex, Susan Horncastle of Dartmouth and Paul Horncastle (Anne) of Pictou; and her sister Valerie Myers of Ottawa. She is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
