She was predeceased by: her parent Esley Adair; her husband John; her children, Judy McLaughlin and Frank; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Payne; her siblings, Otty Adair, Hartley Adair, Melbourne Adair, Ethel McGahey and Lois DeVine; and also Faye Payne.

She is survived by: her parent Verna May Adair (Baxter); her children, Shirley (Junior) of Norton, Valarie (Carl) of Norton, Jim (Ethel) of Hillsdale and Edward of Winnipeg; her grandchildren, Carmen Meehan (Lloyd), Randy Payne (Cindy), Kim Smith (David), Heather Allaby (Troy), Jeff Payne (Jane), Megan Goddard, Justin Goddard (Mandy Bean), Jeremy Goddard, Krystal Payne (Andy Blum), Charlee Grant (Jamie) and Matthew McLaughlin (Jenica); her children-in-law, Bob McLaughlin and Gloria Payne; her sister-in-law Betty Adair; and her sister Daisy McKinney. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and one great great grandson; as well as several nieces and nephews.
