He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Wilkins (Brenda) of Sussex, NB and Susan Black of Sussex, NB; his brother-in-law Douglas Black of Sussex, NB; his nieces, Crista Vail (Tim), Lisa Otis (Tommy) and Melissa Black; and his nephew Douglas Black Jr. (Robin Fanjoy).
