He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Fowler and Katherine Fowler (Bennett); and his brothers, Andy, Stephen and Leslie.

He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, David of Ottawa, ON, Kathi Warner (David) of Sussex Corner and Shelley Dougan (Gillmor) of Millbrook; his brother Gerald (Betty); his sisters-in-law, Sharon, Lorna and Tina; and his grandchildren, Grace, Allyson, Bennett and Jennie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Due to COVID-19, the visitation and funeral service will be held privately.
