He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Cook and Muriel Cook (Rafter); and his brother Larry Cook. He is survived by: his wife Judy Cook (Harrison); his daughter Breanna Forsyth of Berwick, NB; and his brothers, Brenton Cook (Raelene) and David Cook (Christine). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 the funeral service will be held privately.
