David Bean Obituary
We bid farewell to David Bean of Sussex Corner, New Brunswick, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 3, 2025 at the age of 82. David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Bean and Ruth Bean (Rock); his sister Barbara Puxley; his stepfather Malcolm Redding; and his brothers-in-law, David Fry and Marcel Dignard.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Hurley); his children, Alison Gallant and Steve Bean (Maggie); his grandchildren, Michael Bean, Cory Bean, Grace Griffin (Avery), Jacob Gallant and Tyler Gallant; his brother Robert Bean (Pam); and his sisters-in-law, Bernice Dignard and Betty Fry. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wallace Funeral Home (34 Sunnyside Dr, Sussex, NB E4E5L8). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Trinity Church (853 Main St, Sussex, NB E4E2M9).
Donations in memory of David may be made to the Sussex Kiwanis Trust Fund, Trinity Anglican Church Sussex or charity of the donor's choice.
