He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ronald Matchett; and his great-grandparents, Kathleen Matchett and Veronica McAllister. He is survived by: his parents, Chris Matchett and Debbie Matchett; his brother Ty of Strathadam; his aunts and uncles, Anna Leigh Sherrard (Sterling) of Alberta, Kim Foran (Phillip) of Alberta, Sandy Hamel (Kevin) of Alberta, Randy Trevors (Edie) and Kiley Mcallister (Jackie) of Alberta; his godmother Melanise Daigle of Fredericton; and his close friend Brooke Barrieau.
