She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheridan Doran and Doris Doran (Miller); her sister Marilyn; and her grandson Michael. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Matchett of Boom Road, NB; her sons, Timothy (Catherine) of Tabusintac, NB, Leslie (Kelly) of Miramichi, NB and Robert of Boom Road, NB; her sisters, Sheridan Austin-Verhage (Richard) of Ontario and Sharold Smith of Ontario; her grandchildren, Joshua, Mark, Marshall, Nathan, Madison and Amanda; and her great grandchildren, Roman, Khloe, Marshall and Cali-Rae.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions there will be a private family visitation and funeral service at Meadows Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Frizzell officiating followed by a burial in St. Stephen's Presbyterian Cemetery, Boom Road, NB.
In Edith's memory, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 133 Prince William St, Saint John, NB E2L 3T5 or to a memorial of one's choice.
