He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Mullin and Irene Mullin; his wife Jean Mullin (Jordan) of Sunny Corner, NB; his son Harold; his siblings, Ted, Robert, Lloyd and Minnie; and his grandson Taner Matchett.
He is survived by: his son Brad; his granddaughters, Colleen and Faye; his children, Colleen Matchett (Terry) of Cassilis, NB, Faye Nowlan (Earl) of Sunny Corner, NB and Bradley Mullin (Margot) of Sussex Corner, NB; his sister Doreen Travis of Wooler, ON; and his grandchildren, Josh, Tara, Krista, Jody, Alex and Madison. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
In Cecil's memory, donations may be made to St. Stephen's United Church or a memorial of one's choice.
