He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Stiber and Dolly Stiber; and his siblings, Hester Bennett, Jacqueline Leziert (late Dave) and Stanley Stiber (Cindy Starr).

He is survived by: his children, Victor Stiber (Debbie) and Alanta White (late Tom); his stepchildren, Cecille Corbett and Margaret Erdman (Maggie); his grandchildren, Alishia, Patty, Amanda, Nichole and Krista; his great grandchildren, Austin and Skyla; and his sibling Sandy Sizer (Sylvia Nichols). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts, uncles and other extended family.
