He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel; his son Philip; his grandsons, Paul and Khanrad; and his sisters, Marjorie, Pauline, Christine, Jean and Ruth.

He is survived by: his children, Robert (Patricia), Joyce (Bill) and David (Joan); his daughter-in-law Deborah; his sister Marion Fisher; his grandchildren, Jason (Kim), Troy (Melody), Clayton (Sheryl), Jennifer, Shane (Amber), Jamie and Amanda (Colin); his great grandchildren, Vanessa (Jordon), Harper, Olivia, Thomas, Laura, Jade (Simon), Marissa, Devon, Connor, Addison, Aiden and Rhyanne; and his close friend Albert Fairweather. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of one's choice, would be appreciated by the family.
