She was predeceased by: her significant other Jake MacDonald; her parents, Albert Dempsey and Marion Dempsey; her siblings, Bernadine Furlotte, Donnadean Dempsey, Jerry Dempsey and John "Phil" Dempsey; and also Shirley Dempsey.
She is survived by: her siblings, Holten, Allister Dempsey, Delina Dempsey, Frances Hickman (Troy), Pauline Dempsey (Shawn Budd), Jeannie Terranova and Wendy Graham; her children, Andrew "Andy" Hodgeman, Laurie Hodgeman, Cindy Hodgeman (Brian Cleghorn) and Randall Hodgeman; her stepchildren, Steve Hodgeman (Debbie) and Joanne Hodgeman; her grandchildren, Tabatha Daigle (Tammy Faulkner), Mary Monique Gerrior, Tiffaney Daigle (Kathryn), Janet Goss (Neil), Jarret Daigle (Sarah), Adam Gerrior (Jessica), Stevie, Tanya Hodgeman and Carrie Farlinger; her great grandchildren, Katelyn, Brittany, Aidan, Elizabeth, Emma, Gavin, George, Prestin, Luke, April, Vallery, Zoe, Taryn, Charlotte, Owen and Henry; and her cousin David Cleghorn. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
