He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan; and his siblings, Jack, Joe, Albert and Shirley Matheson.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Cindy Stuart Jaso of Austin and Kevin Stuart (Crystal) of St. Stephen, NB; his grandchildren, Michael Jaso, Jacob Jaso of Texas and Emily Marie Jaso of New York; his great grandchild Vanessa Jaso of Texas; his sisters, Charlotte Gowan of St. Stephen, NB and Sadie Smith (Jack) of Calais, ME; and his sister-in-law Bessie Stuart. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Charlotte County Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
