He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lela Hastey (Madsen) and David E. Hastey; his significant other Sylvia Matheson; his children, Terri (Arnold), Brad and Wayne (Vicki); his grandchildren, Ashley (Nick), Brittney, Tyler, Jared, Kyla and Kiersten; his great grandchild Olivia; his stepchildren, Terry (Rocky), Debbie Linda (Reggie), Donnie (Debbie), Lorrie (John) and Norma (Jeff); and his siblings, Delbert, Gary (Linda), Edie (Billy), Dougie (Levonne), Brenda (Mike), Irving, David (Viola), Robert and Lori. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
