She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Chase and D. Yvonne Chase (Lloyd). She is survived by: her husband Afshin Khoshbakhtian; her sons, Alex and Daniel Khoshbakhtian; and her siblings, Larry Chase (Sherri) and Susan Armstrong (Barry).
