She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabery Hooper and Marion Hooper; her husbands, Arthur Gillan and George Cheyne; and her siblings, Beatrice, Sandra, Katherine, Carroll, Murray, Frederick, Richard and David.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Cheyne (Julie), Richard Cheyne, Debra Cheyne, Kimberly Bosanquet (Peter), Jacqueline Nordstrom (Greg) and Robert Cheyne (Linda); her stepson James Gillan; her grandchildren, Phillip, Ian, Sarelle, Keith, Blayne, Benjamin, Kayla, Gregory, Hailey and Lindsey; and her siblings, Charlotte Newton (Jim) and Michael Wall (Lynn). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
