He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick McIntyre and Jessie McIntyre (Cleghorn); and his siblings, Kenneth Cleghorn, John "Jack" McIntyre, Rachel Dunn and Doris McIntyre.
He is survived by: his sister Shirley Durante. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
