She was predeceased by: her father Peter Mitchell. She is survived by: her mother Donna Mitchell (Michael K. McVay); her stepchildren, Justin McVay and Kristyn Giddens (Andrew); her stepgrandchildren, Alexandra, Lia and Miller; her mother-in-law Norma VanDevander; her siblings-in-law, Daniel McVay (Caroline) and Kelly Nixon (Norm); her uncle Glendon Saunders (Connie); her aunts, Nancy Mitchell Dumas and Mary Mitchell Ferguson (Charles); and her pet Cole. She is also survived by her mother's and her friend.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the S. O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home (23 Main St, St Stephen, NB E3L1Y9).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Charlotte County SPCA or a charity of one's choice would be gratefully appreciated.
