We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2019, at the age of 80, Kenneth Bernard McVay (St Stephen, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard McVay and Alice McVay (Smith); and his brother Allen (Linda). He is survived by: his significant other Shirley McLeod of Saint John, NB; his children, Michael McVay (Laurie) of St. Stephen, NB., Daniel McVay (Caroline) of St. Stephen, NB. and Kelly Gowan (Norman Nixon) of Harvey, NB.; his grandchildren, Sarah Murphy (Shawn), Justin, Alicia, Chad, Kristyn Giddens (Andrew), Nicole Gowan (Alex Mason), Michelle Smith (Nick), Crystal O'Connell (Ryan) and Christopher Gowan; his great grandchildren, Grady, Jesse Murphy, Alexandra, Lia Giddens, Alexander and Lila Mason; his nephew Timmy McVay; his niece Kim Hanson (Dale); his aunt Ruth Poirier (Smith) of Moncton; and his former wife Norma Van Devander of Calais, ME.. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
