He is survived by: his parent Edith Rideout (Caldwell); his wife Charlene Rideout (Stewart); his children, Ellen Smith (Kevin) of Oak Hill, NB. and Clifford (Patty Cleghorn) of St. Stephen, NB.; his grandchildren, Melissa, Katie and Jamie; and his siblings, Joyce Reid (Al), Roy, David (Wendy) and Glen (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
