It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene E. Billingsley (St Stephen, New Brunswick), who passed away on February 9, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Libby and Dorothea Libby; her husband Kenneth Billingsley; and her siblings, Jimmy, Jerry, Robert Libby and Judy Storr.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Billingsley (Erin) and Jeannie Johnston; her grandchildren, T. J. McMorran, Eric, Quinn and Austin Billingsley; and also Fraser Johnston. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
