He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Leslie Moffatt and Winnifred (Grundy); his wife Diana Sue Moffatt; and his brother Donald Moffatt. He is survived by: his sons, David (Susan) and Aaron (Melinda); his grandchildren, Sadie, Adelaide, Gibbon and Arya; and his siblings, Bryan, Heather Rice and Brenda Realini. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many close friends.
