He is survived by: his children, Michael Johnson, Kelly Cooke (Ross) and Lori Johnson (Darlene Hunter); his grandchildren, Gary Johnson (Kali), Joseph Cleghorn, Michelle, Martina Johnson, Braden, Morgan and Kevin Cooke; and his great grandchildren, Toni Marie, Neveah, Izabella and Vala. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
