He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron McGlinchey and Bernice "Bunny" McGlinchey of St Stephen; his former wife Shirley Fairweather; his son Terry Fairweather; his brother Glenn; and his brother-in-law Don Blaney.
He is survived by: his wife Susanne McGlinchey (Lewis); his children, Greg McGlinchey (Cindy), Dawn Churchill, Mike Schumann and Amy Mann (Tony); his grandchildren, Shane, Bradon, Kaida, Xavier, Elijah and Alexis; and his siblings, Vincent, Judy, Sheila, Lloyd, Phillip, Jeff (Jennifer) and Roddy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and, cousins.
