She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cody Leslie, Addison Leslie and Rylan Leslie; her siblings, Eileen Leavitt, Pam Hovey (Brian) and Jeff Scott (Diane); her nieces, Katelyn Scott, Sherry Leavitt, Wendy Brownrigg and Melanie Howard; and her nephew Edward Leavitt Jr.. She is also survived by her friends and family.
