She is survived by: her husband Hugh Hall; her children, Nick Johnson (Kelly), Brigitte Rioux (Rudy), Jeremy Hall (Kim) and Tracy Hall (Belinda); her grandchildren, Tyler, Brittney, Paige, Kenzie, Joel, Kloe, Bailey, Alex, Carter, Mitchell, Jessica, Trystyn and Ethan; and her siblings, Calvin, Sharon, Suzy, Gail, Adena, Randall, Brenda, Ernie and Lynette.

Donations in Cecile's memory can be made to the Rollingdam Baptist Cemetery or a charity of one's choice.
