She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Theriault; her parents, Cyril Ruest and Anita Ruest (Desjardins); her daughter Paula Thibodeau; and her siblings, Ronald Ruest, Anne Marquis (late Aurele) and Verna Ruest.

She is survived by: her children, Gilles Theriault (Anne-Marie) of Sainte-Anne, Yves Thibodeau (Alice) of Sainte-Anne, Raymonde Theriault (Reginald) of Sainte-Anne, Guy Thibodeau (Ginette Corbin) of Sainte-Anne and Anne Lizotte of Edmundston; and her siblings, Guy Ruest of Edmundston and Cecile Helenski (Connecticut) of Bloomfield. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
