He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard O'Neill and Mary O'Neill (Daggett); and his partner Barbie Stein. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Heather Worden, Krista Arsenault (Ted) and Douglas Stein; his stepgrandsons, Tyler Worden, Connor Arsenault and Sean Clarke; his brother Phillip O'Neill (Cathy); his nephews, Duane O'Neill and Trevor O'Neill (Andria); and his niece Erica Ingalls (Greg).

In Eric's memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
