He was predeceased by: his father George Cooke. He is survived by: his close friend Nancy Thorne; his children, Bonnie Englehutt (Arnold) of Digby, NS, Christine Melanson (Joel) of Elora, ON, Larry Cooke (Peggy) of St. Stephen, NB, Brian Cooke (Megan) of Blacks Harbour, NB, Wendy Lane (Sonney) of Utopia, NB and Ross Cooke (Kelly) of Pennfield, NB; his brothers, Ross Cooke (Eva) and Davis Cooke (Juanita); and his little buddy Mac. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Leonard's memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
