He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Gowan (Oliver); his parents, Willard Gowan and Helen Gowan; and his former wife Sandra Dow (Purdy). He is survived by: his children, Keith (Pam), Pearl (Rick), Peter (Pat), Marguerite (Randy) and Rosemary (Lyon); his grandchildren, Kristina, Jerramie, Matthew, Adam, Michael, Tristan, Jared, William, Victoria and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Jake, Corbin, Jordyn, Olivia, Alec, Owen, Kinley, Emrys, Amelia and Evelyn; and his brothers, Bobby and Norvel.
