He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; his parents, Gordon Sellars and Marion Sellars; and his siblings-in-law, Barry Daley and Susan Sellars.

He is survived by: his children, Dianne Craswell (Joey) of Letang, Kevin Sellars and Laura Sellars of Pennfield; his granddaughter Hayley Craswell; his siblings, Donnie Sellars (Colleen) and Susan Sellars; his nieces, Jodi and Nikki; and his nephew Shawn. He is also survived by cousins and many in-laws.

In John's memory, donations to the Alzheimer's Society or Charlotte County Cancer would be appreciated by the family.
