She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Cooke and Lillian Cooke (Chambers); her former husband Charles Edward MacDougall; her husband Lawrence Vernon Stewart; and her siblings, James Cooke, Chester Cooke, Lawrence Cooke, Glendon Cooke, Mae Noiles, Sylvia Kilpatrick, Ivy Henry, Helen Frost and Annabelle James.
She is survived by: her son David MacDougall (Cindy); her grandchildren, Justin MacDougall (Kristen) of Pennfield, NB and Kelsey McCrum (Russell) of Bonny River, NB; and her great grandchildren, Rhaya and Ryatt. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Freda's memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
